Our formulas are free from dyes, phosphates, bleaches, parabens, and optical brighteners, and are developed to clean effectively while leaving your clothes smelling like perfume.

We move fast. Orders are packed within 1–3 business days, then handed off to the delivery crew. Depending on where you’re based, it usually takes 2–8 business days to land on your doorstep. You’ll get tracking so you can stalk it like it’s your ex’s new fling.

We have not completed formal septic-safe testing, so we cannot make that claim. While our products are free from dyes, phosphates, bleaches, parabens, and optical brighteners, they do contain higher fragrance loads, which may impact certain septic or eco sewage systems. If unsure, check with your system provider before use.

Yes, our liquids are suitable for all types of washing machines, including front loaders, top loaders, and high-efficiency (HE) machines. Please follow the usage instructions on your Laundry Talk bottle.

Its gentle, water-like texture is intentional, it flows easily through your washing machine, coating fibres evenly without leaving any heaviness or residue.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. We ship via Australia Post, and delivery times depend on your location and service selection.

Because fragrance is such a personal preference and our products are considered hygiene goods, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve been opened or used.
